Upon submitting the booking request please wait for confirmation that we are available on the date you provided. Once confirmation is received, you are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental price to complete the booking and reserve your date within 48 hours. The remaining balance of the payment is due 10 days before the event date. Payment can be made via e-transfer to justaboothphotobooth@gmail.com. Alternative payment methods are available, please email justaboothphotobooth@gmail.com to request for alternate method of payment. Thank you.
Terms of Agreement:
justaBOOTH will arrive at event venue approximately one hour before scheduled rental start time to setup equipment and make sure that everything is operational. It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of the event venue for justaBOOTH to setup and operate the Photo Booth at this event. The photo booth area needed is a approximately 5ft x 5ft, leveled ground indoor and requires access to a 120-volt 3 prong electrical outlet 15ft from the photo booth. The client is responsible to inform justaBOOTH of any restrictions at the site that may affect the setup or operation of the photo booth and/or justaBOOTH's ability to adequately perform their duties. The client understands that such restrictions may adversely affect the overall experience and/or quality of photos, and that justaBOOTH is not responsible for the consequences of such restrictions. justaBOOTH takes the utmost care regarding equipment function, photo quality, and printing. However, due to the nature of technology, and adding paper/ink some downtime may occur. justaBOOTH guarantees its equipment to be operational at least 80% of the scheduled rental time, and will refund a pro-rated amount of the rental price for any downtime beyond this caused by equipment malfunction. In the event justaBOOTH fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, justaBOOTH will only be liable for funds received. Client acknowledges that Client shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Service’s Equipment caused by: Any misuse of the Service’s Equipment by Client or Client’s guests. Client agrees to indemnify justaBOOTH against any and all liability from any claims, actions, suits, costs, damages or liabilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, and/or property damage. justaBOOTH reserves all rights to the photographs captured during event and may use for demonstration, publication, or other purposes. Original media and copyrights remain the exclusive property of justaBOOTH.
